Independent Commercial Consultant (Remote, Belgium)
**Role Summary**
Provide strategic and operational support to launch Cap Retraite’s Belgian subsidiary. Act as a solo consultant collaborating with international development and senior management teams to advise families, recommend appropriate senior housing solutions, and refine commercial processes tailored to Belgium’s regulatory environment.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable operational outcomes (family counseling, solution recommendation, follow‑up).
- Offer actionable strategic improvements for Belgian market entry (process optimization, reporting, client feedback).
- Facilitate adaptation of the Cap Retraite business model to Belgian norms, financing, and regulatory requirements.
- Advise on recruitment, training, and team structure for future consulting staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess and meet families’ housing needs through consultation and tailored recommendations.
- Identify, evaluate, and communicate suitable senior care options (EHPAD, homes, shared senior residences).
- Maintain continuous engagement with families and care providers until client integration.
- Monitor, document, and report activities, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze field data to propose enhancements to the Belgian commercial process.
- Align business model and operations with local regulations, financing schemes, and social services.
- Recommend strategic direction and operational tactics to senior management.
- Share best practices on recruitment, training, and coaching for future team members.
**Required Skills**
- Proven client‑service or commercial experience (minimum 2 years).
- Bilingual fluency in French and Dutch (essential).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and set clear priorities.
