Job Description
**Job Title:** Growth Specialist **Role Summary:** Drive acquisition and scalability of e‑commerce performance campaigns on Meta and other performance channels. Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to design, launch, monitor, and optimize paid media to achieve revenue and growth targets. **Expectations:** - Execute end‑to‑end campaign management with a focus on ROI and revenue growth. - Manage large budgets (~$200k+ monthly) and scale campaigns efficiently. - Deliver data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations for creative and targeting enhancements. - Operate as a self‑starter in a fully remote, fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, etc.; 2. Manage and allocate large media spend to meet revenue and KPI objectives; 3. Analyze and interpret extensive campaign data to drive business decisions; 4. Test and implement creative, copy, landing‑page, bidding, and targeting improvements; 5. Develop monthly media plans and maintain campaign calendars; 6. Use analytics tools to monitor performance, adjust strategies, and report results; 7. Coordinate with creative and product teams on creative briefs, trends, and landing‑page ideation; 8. Ensure proper setup of Google web and conversion tracking, and understand attribution models; 9. Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide feedback on strategy and improvements. **Required Skills:** - 4+ years of performance marketing experience on Meta and other performance networks; - Proven track record managing e‑commerce or B2C paid media budgets ≥ $200k/month; - Advanced analytical skills and experience handling large data sets; - Expertise in Google Web and conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics tools; - Strong A/B testing, landing‑page optimization, and bidding strategy skills; - Creative thinking with ability to guide design teams on creative trends; - Excellent written and verbal communication, fluent in English; - Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, self‑motivated, and capable of multi‑tasking in remote settings. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). - Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, etc.) desirable.
