About the Company

The CFO Centre is the world's #1 provider of fractional Chief Financial Officers to SMEs with over 750 CFOs, across 18 countries* Ambitious £2m - £50m turnover companies are able to have one of the country's top Chief Financial Officers working at their business but uniquely, on a fractional basis. This means that companies which do not require a full-time CFO (or would prefer not to pay a full time salary) can leverage the skills of a senior part-time CFO for a fraction of the cost. In addition to this, The CFO Centre operates a unique 'Team' structure. With over 300 fractional CFOs across the UK, we have an unparalleled combined skill set which each of our client can leverage... What do we mean by this? As an example, if one of our clients is wanting to sell their business, instead of just having one CFO working on the sale, our 'Team' structure means that we can collaborate quickly across our entire group of CFOs not only to help maximise the equity value of the business pre-sale but also in helping to find the ideal buyer, willing to pay the highest price. This is just one example. We do in fact help businesses across a wide range of functions including: - Strategy and exit planning - Risk management - Business planning - Funding - Internal controls - Reporting - Profit improvement - Cash flow management - Compliance - Tax planning and legal issues - Outsourcing - Banking relationship In addition to our UK team we also have offices in Australia, South Africa, Canada, Singapore, Netherlands *Based on number of CFOs globally and volume of countries trading 2025
