Job Description

Job Title: Product Manager Role Summary: Drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for a global, AI‑enabled pharmaceutical product ecosystem. Align business and technology stakeholders, create product strategy & vision, and manage backlog prioritization to deliver value across regulatory and development functions. Expectations: Deliver a clear, data‑driven product roadmap; maintain stakeholder alignment; integrate AI innovations; ensure product meets GxP and regulatory standards; deliver on schedule and budget. Key Responsibilities: - Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with business, engineering, and design teams. - Own product backlog: create, maintain, prioritize items, and facilitate release planning. - Lead cross‑functional alignment workshops to resolve trade‑offs and keep teams unblocked. - Collaborate with technology, data, and ecosystem partners to achieve product goals. - Monitor product performance, refine strategy, and optimize user experience. - Manage product budget, resources, and prototype development. - Ensure compliance with GxP/Pharma regulations and data governance. Required Skills: - In‑depth knowledge of product management in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector. - Proven stakeholder relationship management and influence without authority. - Strong communication (oral and written), business acumen, and enterprise understanding. - Proficiency in design thinking and user‑centric product optimization. - Strategic, critical thinking, problem‑solving, and prioritization capabilities. - Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field. - Certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or similar are preferred. - GxP/Pharma regulatory experience required.
