Job title: CEO Executive Assistant – Internship
Role Summary: 6‑month, full‑time internship supporting the CEO and leadership team in strategy, business development, marketing, launch operations, and cross‑functional projects for a fast‑growing card‑game brand.
Expactations:
- Deliver actionable insights and support for commercial strategy and B2B partner growth.
- Execute and monitor marketing campaigns and brand positioning initiatives.
- Coordinate new product launches from concept to retail execution.
- Manage end‑to‑end order processing, logistics, and invoicing.
- Provide flexible, data‑driven support across data analysis, sales activation, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commercial strategy: develop and implement B2B sales plans; identify and pitch new retail partners (concept stores, bookstores, gift shops).
2. Partner relationship management: nurture existing relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term collaboration.
3. Sales performance analysis: track key metrics, identify growth levers, and report findings to leadership.
4. Brand & marketing: contribute to brand strategy, support communication initiatives, and conduct market research to spot trends and opportunities.
5. Product launch: oversee launch planning from creative ideation to packaging, logistics, and in‑store roll‑out.
6. Order & logistics: handle order intake, invoicing, inventory tracking, and coordinate with suppliers and shipping partners.
7. Cross‑functional support: assist senior team with data projects, sales training, and customer‑service workflow improvements as priorities shift.
Required Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication in French and English, with flawless grammar.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable manipulating data in Excel; ability to translate numbers into clear insights.
- Autonomy, initiative, and a proactive attitude in contacting stakeholders.
- Organizational discipline, meticulous timeline management, and the ability to keep multiple projects on track.

Required Education & Certifications:
