Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – GRC/IRM
Role Summary:
Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) applications. Build automated workflows, scoring models, and assessment templates to support enterprise risk, compliance, and audit programs, ensuring solutions are upgrade‑safe and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks.
Expactations:
- Deliver high‑quality IRM/GRC modules that meet stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and IT teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation, perform testing, and manage releases with minimal disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Risk, Controls, Compliance, RCSA, Assessments, Indicators, Issues, and Remediation modules.
- Design and customize ServiceNow Playbooks for compliance, audit, and remediation workflows.
- Build processes using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Develop platform components: tables, ACLs, data policies, CMDB relationships, integrations, and upgrade‑ready configurations.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, documentation, and release management.
Required Skills:
- 5–10 years of ServiceNow development, with 3+ years focused on IRM/GRC.
- Expertise in Risk, Controls, RCSA, Compliance, Issues, and Indicators.
- Strong JavaScript, Glide API, and REST API scripting.
- Proficiency with Flow Designer, ACLs, and platform configuration.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SOX, NIST, PCI, ISO, HIPAA).
- Experience designing assessment workflows and control testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications: CSA, CIS-Risk, CIS-GRC, CIS-IRM, CAD (preferred).
