Job Description

Job Title: Solutions Engineer Role Summary: Design, build, and deploy AI‑enhanced solutions using large language models, generative AI tools, and automation platforms to empower cross‑functional teams. Lead AI adoption across the organization, ensuring scalable integrations, best‑practice guidance, and measurable impact. Expectations: Deliver production‑ready AI tooling, maintain high‑quality documentation, and act as a subject‑matter expert who translates complex AI concepts into actionable strategies for non‑technical stakeholders. Keep pace with emerging AI technologies and influence their strategic deployment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and launch AI‑powered solutions with LLMs to satisfy business requirements. • Evaluate and recommend AI/ML models, performing prompt engineering and model tuning. • Onboard teams onto AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Cursor) and embed them into workflows. • Provide technical leadership on AI‑assisted software development best practices. • Partner with Engineering and Product to identify automation opportunities that reduce manual effort. • Create and maintain internal tutorials, documentation, and training materials for AI tool adoption. • Stay current with AI trends, assess new tools, and propose adoption strategies. • Monitor and report adoption metrics and effectiveness of AI tooling across the enterprise. Required Skills • 2–3 years of software engineering experience. • Strong programming in TypeScript, Python, or equivalent. • Hands‑on experience with AI/ML models, prompt engineering, and generative AI tools. • Data engineering skills to connect models to production systems. • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments. • Experience using GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants. • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Required Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., cloud provider certifications, AI/ML specialization) are advantageous but not mandatory.
