**Job Title** Sales Development Representative (SDR) **Role Summary** Generate, qualify, and book high‑quality discovery meetings for a B2B SaaS platform. Execute outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email, phone, and events, while collaborating with marketing and sales to refine targeting, messaging, and handover processes. Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM data, consistently meet or exceed activity and conversion targets, and continuously improve playbooks and outreach tactics. **Expectations** - 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development, preferably in B2B SaaS. - Proven outbound prospecting skill set and ability to engage senior-level stakeholders. - Strong written and verbal communication, self‑motivation, and target‑driven mindset. - Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in managing pipeline and performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and engage target accounts through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, phone). - Attend events and expos to generate new leads and expand account coverage. - Research prospects to personalize outreach and increase response rates. - Book discovery meetings that meet quality criteria for the closing Sales team. - Consistently hit or exceed monthly activity and meeting targets. - Maintain accurate pipeline data within the CRM and keep stakeholders updated. - Work with Marketing to evaluate lead quality, refine messaging, and adjust ICP fit. - Collaborate with Sales to optimize qualification criteria and handover procedures. - Test and iterate messaging, sequences, and talk tracks to improve conversion rates. - Own performance metrics and pursue continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - Outbound prospecting and lead qualification. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). - Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Apollo.io preferred). - Target‑driven, resilient, and self‑motivated. - Organized and detail‑oriented pipeline management. - Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - No mandatory certifications required.
