**Job title** Senior Supply Chain Analyst **Role Summary** Act as the analytical engine for a rapidly transforming supply chain team, leveraging advanced Excel and Power BI to optimize planning, data quality, and decision‑making. Deliver insights that enable operational improvements and prepare the function for future digital system implementations. **Expectations** - Lead data‑driven initiatives, solving complex operational problems. - Own and evolve new Power BI dashboards and Excel‑based planning tools. - Provide high‑quality analysis to planning, finance, logistics, and senior leadership. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions. - Collaborate cross‑functionally and manage shifting priorities with initiative and curiosity. **Key Responsibilities** - Streamline and enhance monthly planning processes currently dominated by Excel. - Build, maintain, and update Power BI dashboards for key stakeholders. - Support planning, finance, logistics, and senior leadership with detailed analysis and reporting. - Identify inefficiencies, propose data‑led improvements, and track outcomes. - Prepare data foundations for upcoming system implementations. - Serve as the go‑to analytical expert to elevate data maturity across the team. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel (modelling, Power Query, complex analysis). - Hands‑on Power BI (dashboard creation, maintenance, evolution). - Solid understanding of supply chain planning, S&OP, inventory, or logistics. - Cross‑functional collaboration and agile prioritisation. - Curiosity, initiative, problem‑solving mindset. - Bonus: Python, SQL, Tableau (not essential). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required.
