Job Description
**Job Title:** Project Manager – Project Assistance (AMO) **Role Summary:** Lead and deliver real‑estate projects for clients in new construction or rehabilitation by managing technical audits, project programmes, tender documentation, and contracting. Coordinate design, construction, and hand‑over phases while advising on team selection and contractual matters. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles or real‑estate development, preferably including site supervision. - Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and communicate with stakeholders. - Strong analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, and a proactive, results‑driven attitude. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage client projects ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets. - Conduct technical and architectural audits of existing buildings. - Define project needs and write programmes of work. - Draft tender documents for design and construction contractors. - Review and advise on bids from architects, suppliers, and subcontractors. - Track design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with specifications. - Organise and monitor call‑for‑tender processes. - Counsel clients on contract negotiations and procurement. - Support owners during project close‑out and hand‑over. **Required Skills:** - Project management and coordination. - Technical knowledge of building design, construction and site management. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Leadership, team facilitation, and stakeholder management. - Analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities. - Familiarity with tendering, procurement, and contract administration. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or master’s degree (BAC+5) in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (e.g., ESTP, Arts et Métiers, UTC, HEI). - Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred but not mandatory.
