Job Description
**Job Title** Account Executive **Role Summary** Execute and monitor multimediag campaigns for key agency client accounts. Ensure daily operational service quality, client satisfaction, and alignment with client communication schedules. **Expactations** - Deliver and oversee day‑to‑day execution of client communication calendars. - Maintain client satisfaction through quality operational service. - Provide accurate financial tracking, budget management, and invoicing. - Keep abreast of media partner innovations and integrate solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Understand client needs and challenges (sector, competition, target, goals). - Brief and collaborate with expertise teams on client objectives. - Conduct competitive and sector media investment analyses. - Support strategy team in developing innovative, high‑performing multimediag plans. - Monitor calendars, financials, and coordination templates with rigor. - Track campaign performance, adjust plans, and verify budget and metrics. - Produce campaign summary reports and financial reports. - Manage client budget oversight and billing processes. - Monitor new media solutions from partners and recommend adoption. **Required Skills** - Minimum 6 months (preferably 2–3 years) experience in a media agency (including internships/alternatives). - Strong analytical, synthesis, and data‑driven mindset. - Excellent communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and stakeholder management. - Proactive, organized, and responsive with a curiosity for new media. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (incl. Excel). - Digital media knowledge and familiarity with campaign tracking tools. - Fluency in French (C1 level, professional). - English at least B2 level (minimum). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field. - No mandatory certifications specified.
