Focus on brand voice, short‑form video, community outreach, and data‑driven strategy development. Expectations - Full‑time commitment of ~20 hours per week. - Availability for either Dec 1–Feb 1 or Feb 1–May 1. - Minimum of high‑school completion; recent graduate preferred. - Unpaid internship with potential equity allocation based on performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and launch organic marketing plans across Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Reddit, and Discord. 2. Create, edit, and publish short‑form video content using trending audio and formats. 3. Draft compelling captions, hooks, CTAs, and micro‑copy to drive sign‑ups and engagement. 4. Analyze traffic, engagement, conversions, and wait‑list growth using analytics tools. 5. Coordinate content calendars and posting schedules. 6. Monitor competitors and emerging social‑media trends, testing viral strategies. 7. Identify niche communities and lead outreach to boost brand visibility. 8. Collaborate daily with the founder on brand messaging and marketing direction. Required Skills - Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other consumer social platforms. - Basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar). - Familiarity with analytics tools: Google Analytics, platform insights. - Excellent written communication for captions, hooks, and micro‑copy. - Strategic thinking for user acquisition, community engagement, and growth campaigns. - Self‑starter with strong experimentation mindset. - Passion for startups and social‑media culture. Required Education & Certifications - Completed high‑school education; recent college graduate (any discipline) preferred. - No mandatory certifications required.
