Job Title: General Manager, EMEA
Role Summary:
Lead and grow Athos Commerce’s EMEA business, owning full P&L responsibility and delivering revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Oversee sales, customer success, marketing, and operations teams, aligning regional initiatives with global strategy while representing the company with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Expectations:
- Deliver consistent revenue growth and margin expansion across the EMEA region.
- Build, scale, and coach high‑performing cross‑functional teams in multiple markets.
- Align regional execution with global policies, processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Serve as the region’s voice, feeding market insights into global strategy.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, driving retention and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage regional P&L, setting targets, forecasting, and ensuring profitability.
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans, adapting global products to local market needs.
- Build, coach, and retain top talent across sales, customer success, marketing, and operations.
- Drive operational rigor to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
- Represent Athos Commerce at industry events, partner forums, and executive customer meetings.
- Collaborate with global product and partnership teams to localize solutions and accelerate go‑to‑market.
- Maintain consistent processes, reporting, and performance metrics across all EMEA markets.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform global strategy.
Required Skills:
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or digital technology.
- Proven track record managing a regional P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Experience building and scaling go‑to‑market organizations across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, data, and AI‑driven technologies.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management.
- Data‑driven, results‑oriented mindset focused on growth and operational excellence.
- Ability to lead in high‑growth, fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
- Collaborative leadership style with a hands‑on execution approach.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in SaaS, ecommerce, or product management are preferred but not mandatory.
