Job Description

Job Title: Store Manager Role Summary: Lead and expand a network of perfume retail outlets, ensuring seamless daily operations, staff excellence, and achievement of sales and brand standards. Expectations: - Demonstrated supervisory experience in retail or commercial team management. - Strong leadership, meticulousness, and accountability. - Excellent communication skills and acute attention to detail. - Willingness to travel between stores (primarily Kénitra region). Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily store functions: opening, cleanliness, inventory handling, product presentation, and cash operations. - Train, coach, and motivate sales associates to meet performance targets. - Ensure achievement of sales objectives and maintain profitability. - Monitor customer service quality and uphold the brand image. - Verify cash register accuracy and inventory conformity. - Escalate operational issues, maintenance needs, and stock shortages to headquarters. - Participate in the launch and setup of new store locations. Required Skills: - Retail store supervision and team leadership. - Sales management and target attainment. - Inventory and cash management. - Customer service excellence. - Strong verbal and written communication. - Problem‑solving and decision‑making. - Mobility across multiple store sites. - Proficiency in French (written and spoken); English is an asset. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Retail, or related field. - Retail management or supervisory certification preferred. - Knowledge of perfume or luxury goods retail is advantageous.
