Job Description
**Job Title:** Commercial Assistant (Intern) – B2B Sales **Role Summary:** Support the European Sales Director by maintaining client databases, prospecting new accounts, coordinating sample shipments, conducting market and competitive analyses, and assisting in B2B sales activities for a multinational beauty‑industry supplier. **Expectations:** - Proactive, organized, and dynamic attitude. - Strong interest in the beauty sector and willingness to learn. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Update and enrich the export client database, identifying marketing and purchasing contacts. - Conduct outbound prospecting: phone outreach, schedule appointments, prepare and dispatch product samples. - Implement and maintain competitive intelligence monitoring. - Perform market research and analysis on trends, geographic expansion, and product categories (food, pharma, alcohol). - Support preparation of sales presentations and reports for the European sales team. **Required Skills:** - Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking). - German proficiency a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. - Basic proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Analytical mindset for market and competitive studies. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Business School or equivalent undergraduate/graduate program (preferably with a focus on sales, marketing, or international business). - Seeking a B2B sales internship (minimum 3–6 months). - No specific certifications required.
