**Job title**: Data Protection Analyst **Role Summary**: Entry‑level analyst on the Security Operations Team who uses the 360 Digital Protection Platform to investigate alerts, mitigate risk, and provide countermeasures in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. **Expectations**: - Hit the ground running using the platform’s proprietary and third‑party tools. - Deliver accurate, timely protection results with minimal supervision. - Work as a team player, taking ownership of assigned duties. - Incorporate platform intelligence and SOPs into daily workflow. **Key Responsibilities**: - Examine and respond to alerts and results generated by the Digital Protection Platform. - Analyze security data, produce mitigation actions, and document findings. - Follow standard operating procedures and integrate new intelligence into workflows. - Communicate product feedback, feature requests, and enhancement ideas to development teams. - Manage multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. **Required Skills**: - Proficient internet navigation and strong digital literacy. - Analytical ability with keen attention to detail. - Self‑directed work ethic and strong teamwork skills. - Basic knowledge of cybersecurity or intelligence operations. - Effective written and verbal communication; documentation proficiency. - Flexibility to multitask in a dynamic, changing environment. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education and experience. - Six months to one year of related experience or training acceptable. - Preferred: experience in cybersecurity or intelligence operations; certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CEH beneficial but not mandatory.
