**Job Title**
Business Analyst – ERP/Finance & Procurement
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end business analysis for a large digital transformation program focused on ERP/Dynamics, finance, and procurement systems. Own discovery, documentation, UAT, and post‑go‑live support, ensuring alignment between business, technical, and vendor teams.
**Expectations**
- Deliver BA work in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Drive clear, structured requirements and artifact creation for ERP and procurement modules.
- Ensure smooth transition through user acceptance testing, cutover, and hyper‑care phases.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and process analyses.
- Document, manage, and validate requirements for ERP, finance, and procurement systems.
- Produce user stories, process maps, use cases, and workflows.
- Validate solution designs with internal teams and external vendors.
- Support data, integration, and process alignment efforts.
- Plan, script, coordinate, and manage UAT and defect resolution.
- Facilitate cutover, go‑live, and hyper‑care activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to promote adoption and mitigate risks.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ERP/Dynamics, finance, or procurement implementations.
- Full lifecycle expertise: discovery → requirements → testing → post‑go‑live support.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, process design, and documentation skills.
- Adaptability to environments with evolving change maturity.
**Desirable Skills**
- Experience with multi‑stream large‑scale transformation programs.
- Knowledge of procure‑to‑pay processes, master data governance, and system integrations.
- Background in consulting or large‑scale transformation initiatives.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or equivalent highly regarded in BA discipline.
