Job Description
**Job title**: IT Project Manager – Implementation **Role Summary** Lead and manage the end‑to‑end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across a multi‑departmental organization. Serve as the primary liaison with the external implementation partner and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes that align with strategic objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver the Dynamics 365 project on schedule, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. - Maintain continuous alignment with executive leadership and steering groups. - Foster stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports. 2. Govern and monitor the partnership with the implementation vendor, overseeing milestones, risks, issues, and performance. 3. Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (Membership, Finance, IT, Regional Offices, etc.) to secure alignment and facilitate adoption. 4. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. 5. Design and execute change management and communication plans to support user adoption. 6. Oversee testing, data migration, user training, and post‑deployment support activities. 7. Prepare and present regular updates to the Executive Team and Steering Group. 8. Document governance materials, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference. **Required Skills** - Proven experience managing CRM/ERP implementation projects. - Strong project management capability, including stakeholder and vendor management. - Familiarity with change management, business process mapping, and system integration. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to work independently, proactively identifying and solving problems. - Experience in a non‑profit, membership, or trade union context is desirable but not mandatory. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, IT, or related field. - Professional project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, or equivalent).

Job Title: Junior Software Engineer Role Summary: Assist a small, product‑focused engineering team in delivering and maintaining a modern Ruby on Rails 8 ERP platform for the waste industry. Own and ship end‑to‑end features, collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders, and apply best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD. Expectations: - 1–3 years of professional software development experience. - Demonstrated commercial work with Ruby on Rails. - Comfortable developing both backend and frontend components; eagerness to expand full‑stack skills. - Ability to take ownership of small features from design through release. - Willingness to learn AI‑assisted workflows and modern development practices. - Interest in building reliable, user‑friendly SaaS/ERP products and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
