Job Description
**Job Title** Chief of Staff **Role Summary** Support the Group’s CEO by driving strategic initiatives, coordinating high‑impact cross‑functional projects, and optimizing executive decision‑making. Facilitate the implementation of a performance culture across business units, corporate functions, and operational areas, while steering transformation, growth, and stakeholder influence. **Expectations** - Deliver timely, high‑quality strategic dossiers and synthesis reports. - Ensure alignment of priorities and execution of the Group’s strategic plan. - Provide operational support to the CEO, including briefing preparation for executive meetings. - Lead or coordinate projects that enhance performance across finance, supply chain, business model, process, organization, M&A, and innovation. - Drive risk analysis and mitigation. - Mentor and advise BU leaders to elevate team effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Prepare and monitor strategic files for the Group CEO. 2. Coordinate high‑impact projects in partnership with Group leaders. 3. Produce strategic analyses and executive summaries. 4. Shape and refine decision‑making processes. 5. Collaborate with the Executive Team to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives. 6.
