Job Description
**Job Title** Circular Economy Studies Assistant – Reuse Project Support **Role Summary** Assist project teams in integrating circular economy and reuse strategies for real‑estate developments. Work under a Project Manager to deliver studies, monitor implementation, and support adherence to certifications such as Circolab, BBCA, BREEAM, and HQE. **Expectations** - Develop competence in circular economy practices and related labels across diverse construction sectors. - Contribute to the project’s success by delivering technical studies, monitoring, and compliance documentation. - Engage in continuous learning of emerging regulations, standards, and market opportunities. - Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide technical support to the Master of Work on circular economy and reuse initiatives. - Monitor operational implementation of circular economy measures and associated labels. - Conduct studies: PEMD diagnostics, environmental indicator estimation, Life‑Cycle Assessment, deconstruction feasibility, reuse supplier sourcing. - Participate in technical and regulatory monitoring; identify latest innovations and regulations. - Produce standardized tools and reports meeting certification requirements (BREEAM, HQE, etc.). - Coordinate with the G‑ON team on analyses and solution design. **Required Skills** - Solid foundation in circular economy, sustainability, and reuse concepts. - Ability to analyze life‑cycle impacts and generate environmental indicators. - Proficiency in construction project management knowledge (design to construction). - Strong research, data analysis, and documentation skills. - Effective teamwork and stakeholder communication. - Adaptability to learn and apply new regulations and certification demands. **Required Education & Certifications** - Engineering degree (or equivalent) in Building Engineering, Real Estate, Environmental Engineering, or Circular Economy. - Familiarity with or willingness to obtain certifications such as BREEAM, HQE, Circolab, or BBCA is advantageous. - Basic proficiency in French language appreciated but not mandatory for global postings.
