Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Development & Phoning Intern (M/F) **Role Summary:** Support the launch and commercialization of a B2B recruitment SaaS platform by conducting outbound phone prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with decision‑makers. Contribute to refining the sales pitch and maintain activity records in the CRM. **Expectations:** - Achieve weekly/monthly targets for contacts, qualified leads, and appointments. - Demonstrate persistence, professionalism, and effective communication on the phone. - Actively learn and apply B2B sales techniques and digital recruitment knowledge. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct B2B cold‑calling to engage CEOs, HR leaders, managers, and consulting firms. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls. - Record all interactions and update lead status in the CRM system. - Provide feedback to improve the sales script and objection handling. - Collaborate with the founder to align outreach with product positioning. **Required Skills:** - Strong oral communication and confidence in phone conversations. - Persuasive, resilient, and goal‑oriented mindset. - Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and follow a structured sales process. - Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles and digital recruitment tools. - Proficiency in using CRM software (training provided). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a university program in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. - No specific certifications required; willingness to undergo sales training.
