Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Administrator (Remote) Role Summary: Operate and maintain the Salesforce environment for a remote organization, focusing on user and license management, configuration, reporting, training, and support. Collaborate with fellow administrators and developers to deliver user‑centric solutions and ensure high system adoption and data integrity. Expectations: - Achieve user adoption and satisfaction through effective training and support. - Maintain data quality, meeting accuracy standards. - Meet or exceed SLA targets for support cases and queue management. - Contribute proactive enhancements to the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and public groups, including onboarding and off‑boarding. 2. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and other customization elements. 3. Create, edit, and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom report types to meet business requirements. 4. Administer support queues, handle case escalation, and manage end‑user cases within the org, adhering to established SLAs. 5. Develop and keep up‑to‑date training documentation; conduct user training sessions and workshops. 6. Monitor recurring support requests via case queue; identify training or process improvements. 7. Assist Tableau users with permissions, data validation, and related tasks. 8. Work with Salesforce developers and project teams to support new and existing initiatives. 9. Ensure data accuracy and quality controls across the Salesforce environment. 10. Proactively recommend and implement platform enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience. Required Skills: - Salesforce Certified Administrator (Platform Admin); minimum 1 year admin experience. - Strong active listening, verbal and written communication abilities. - Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail. - Focus on data quality and accuracy. - Proactive attitude toward platform improvement and user support. - Ability to train end users and create clear documentation. - Basic familiarity with Tableau related permissions and data validation. Required Education & Certifications: - Salesforce Certified Administrator. - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
