**Job Title** Customer Digital Analyst **Role Summary** A seasoned analyst responsible for translating digital customer data into actionable insights that drive customer experience and journey optimization. Works cross‑functionally to design KPIs, develop dashboards, and set up analytics tracking, ensuring high‑quality data for strategic decision‑making. Leads and mentors junior analysts while collaborating with technical teams to refine measurement frameworks. **Expectations** * 3–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, visualization, or digital analytics. * Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, data science, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to communicate insights to both technical and business stakeholders. * Familiarity with agile or cross‑functional project environments; previous consulting experience a plus. * Fluent in English, additional language skills (Dutch, French, etc.) desirable. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead or co‑facilitate workshops to define KPIs and measurement strategies. 2. Conduct in‑depth data analysis to uncover actionable insights for customer experience improvements. 3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tailored to stakeholder needs. 4. Design, implement, and optimize analytics tracking setups in collaboration with technical teams. 5. Own data cleaning, validation, and preparation to ensure reliable datasets. 6. Mentor junior analysts, sharing best practices and knowledge. **Required Skills** * Proficient in customer digital analytics platforms (e.g., Web Analytics, Experience Analytics, CDP, CRM). * Advanced skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools. * Experience creating and managing dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). * Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. * Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and accountability standards. * Proactive, self‑driven attitude and eagerness to continuously learn and develop advanced analytics capabilities. * Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, ContentSquare, Hotjar, or similar tools is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, data science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). * Certifications in relevant analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) considered an advantage. ---
