**Job Title** Recruitment Consultant Intern **Role Summary** Dynamic, entry‑level recruitment role focused on talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and client coordination within a specialist consulting recruitment firm. The internship blends core hiring duties with optional brand and commercial projects, providing a comprehensive experience in end‑to‑end recruitment processes. **Expectations** - Complete the internship program with potential conversion to a permanent role. - Demonstrate strong learning agility, proactive engagement, and a high impact on recruitment outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and contact top candidates for consulting and senior management roles via LinkedIn and the firm’s internal talent pool. - Participate in client briefings to understand hiring needs and develop or refine scorecards. - Conduct pre‑qualification interviews (phone or video) to assess candidate skills, motivation, and fit. - Manage the recruitment workflow: schedule interviews, collect feedback, maintain accurate records, and ensure quality delivery as a client partner. - Support brand and marketing initiatives (e.g., writing LinkedIn articles, representing the firm at events). - Contribute ideas for process and tool improvement, and assist with prospective client outreach and business development activities. **Required Skills** - Proficient sourcing on LinkedIn and modern recruitment platforms. - Strong written and verbal communication; capable of interviewing and articulating candidate value. - Excellent organization, time‑management, and attention to detail. - Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. - Interest in consulting, management, or HR domains. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current student or graduate of a Grande Ecole de Commerce, Master’s program (HR, Management, Recruitment), or equivalent. - No professional certifications required for the internship role.
