**Job Title** Logistics Manager (Male/Female) **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end B2B logistics function, ensuring safe, efficient operations, high‑quality service, and full stakeholder satisfaction. Drive team performance, process excellence, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment. **Expectations** - Deliver reliable logistics and inventory control. - Safeguard workplace safety and regulatory compliance. - Foster a collaborative, proactive team culture. - Meet or exceed KPIs for speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** - Recruit, onboard, train and coach logistics staff. - Plan and coordinate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and stock control. - Allocate resources dynamically to handle load fluctuations. - Track KPIs; analyze and close performance gaps. - Standardise procedures, maintain accurate documentation. - Enforce safety standards, execute drill protocols, manage incidents. - Build and sustain relationships with clients and carriers. - Translate client feedback into service enhancements. - Promote continuous learning and cross‑functional exposure. **Required Skills** - Significant experience in logistics, transport or e‑commerce. - Hands‑on operational mindset; not afraid of field work. - Proficient with WMS, ERP, and Google Workspace; CACES 1.3.5 desirable. - Strong leadership, team‑building, and conflict‑resolution abilities. - Clear, concise communication and active listening. - Resilience, rapid decision‑making under pressure. - Customer‑centric focus and team mentoring. **Required Education & Certifications** - University degree or technical qualification in supply chain, logistics, or related field. - Valid CACES 1.3.5 license preferred (open to equivalent safety certifications). - Additional warehouse safety or process improvement certifications are a plus.
