Job Description: **Job Title:** B2B Trade Show Sales Executive **Role Summary:** Lead the development, commercialization, and implementation of B2B trade shows and professional exhibitions. Drive client acquisition and retention while coordinating event content, partnerships, and project execution with internal teams. **Expectations:** Build a diversified portfolio of start‑ups to regional and national accounts, deliver customized commercial proposals, report sales activity, and ensure successful event delivery through effective project management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and nurture a B2B client base across multiple sectors. - Create tailored commercial offers that add measurable value. - Track and report sales performance metrics. - Plan and execute conference agendas, identify and coordinate speakers, and manage editorial content. - Secure partnerships and maintain relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers. - Oversee full event lifecycle: scheduling, coordination, and execution to achieve client objectives. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in trade shows or events. - Strong interpersonal and networking abilities. - Proven negotiation and closing skills. - Persuasive communication, assertiveness, and enthusiasm. - Autonomy and self‑management. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with impeccable written French and English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field. - Certifications in sales, event management or related disciplines are advantageous.
