**Job title**: Sales Development Representative **Role Summary** Drive the early stages of the sales funnel by qualifying and handing off marketing‑qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team. Quickly convert MQLs to sales‑qualified leads (SQLs) within 24 hours, ensuring a seamless pipeline flow and aligning outreach with business goals. **Expectations** - Convert MQLs to SQLs within 24 hours of qualification. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs). - Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logs in the CRM. - Provide actionable feedback to marketing on lead quality and engagement. **Key Responsibilities** - Qualify inbound leads and high‑volume outbound prospects. - Initiate timely outreach via phone, email, and virtual demos. - Research prospects, identify decision‑makers, and personalize outreach. - Update and manage prospect information in Salesforce or equivalent CRM. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for smooth handover. - Track and report on pipeline status and performance metrics. - Attend industry events and follow up on generated leads. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in sales development, lead qualification, and handover. - Proficiency with Salesforce (or comparable CRM). - Strong outbound and inbound communication skills (phone, email). - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Goal‑orientated, self‑motivated, and results‑driven. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - Certifications in sales, CRM, or related disciplines preferred but not mandatory.
