**Job Title:** Salesforce Architect
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, deployment, configuration, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Distribution, and Accounts Receivable domains. Own solution architecture, scalability, integration, and quality standards while translating business requirements into technical designs and user stories. Provide subject‑matter expertise, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors.

- Maintain system integrity and performance, enforce standards and best practices.
- Communicate technical vision and align stakeholders.
- Mentor and review peers’ work.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts.
- Translate non‑technical requirements into detailed technical user stories.
- Configure Salesforce environments, define and maintain system setups.
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, and maintainability.
- Own overall solution architecture, ensuring integration with existing technology stack.
- Define solution limits and requirements; evaluate external vendors and services.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards and roadmap deliverables.
- Conduct regular system reviews, generate efficiency reports, and recommend improvements.
- Serve as SME for assigned business areas and maintain deep knowledge of Sales, Distribution, and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Mentor, coach, and review work of junior team members.
- Execute additional duties as assigned.
**Required Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years IT and systems analysis experience.
- 5+ years Salesforce implementation and solution support.
- Strong understanding of business processes and data/application support.
- Knowledge of SAP MM, FI/CO, and end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes is a plus.
- Expertise in packaged/SaaS applications and scalability best practices.
- Agile experience (Kanban preferred), estimation, and planning proficiency.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and decision‑making skills.
- Conflict resolution and impediment removal capabilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Visio, Teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Technical certifications in Software Development or Software Applications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Platform Developer, Integration Architecture).
