Job title: Regional Sales Director – Fintech Role Summary: Spearhead new business, solution selling, and partnership development for AI‑powered software offerings to banking and financial institutions, driving revenue growth and market expansion across multiple regions. Expecations: Deliver consistent over‑achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets, maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects, and ensure a high-quality client onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and acquire new banking and financial institution clients for AI‑enabled products. - Build and manage a robust pipeline through network leverage, targeted outreach, and cold prospecting. - Consult with clients to uncover pain points and design tailored AI solutions (predictive analytics, fraud detection, automation). - Translate technical capabilities into business value and produce compelling proposals (RFPs, contracts). - Coordinate end‑to‑end sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closure. - Collaborate with marketing to develop AI‑focused campaigns and sales collateral. - Use CRM tools to track leads, forecast sales, and report performance metrics. - Stay current on banking regulations, AI trends, and industry events to position the company as a thought leader. - Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
