Job Description: Job Title: Product Manager – Privacy, AI & Digital Governance SaaS Role Summary: Drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of SaaS solutions that enable global clients to comply with data protection, AI, and digital governance regulations. Own product lifecycle from discovery to launch, translating regulatory complexity into user‑friendly products. Expectations: • Own end‑to‑end product ownership for privacy, AI, and digital governance SaaS. • Define and prioritize product backlog in alignment with stakeholder needs. • Deliver high‑quality releases on schedule, maintaining continuous improvement through feedback loops. • Foster collaboration across legal, engineering, operations, and delivery teams. • Lead cross‑border stakeholder engagement and communication in English. Key Responsibilities: • Align product strategy and roadmap with leadership and stakeholders. • Conduct product discovery and feasibility studies for new initiatives. • Scope, prioritize, and translate product ideas into actionable plans and specifications. • Manage cross‑functional teams to develop, test, and launch scalable products. • Gather and analyze client and delivery team feedback to iterate and improve solutions. • Oversee product lifecycle – launch, growth, maturity, and sunset phases. Required Skills: • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in Privacy, LegalTech or RegTech. • Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate with developers and legal ops. • Experience working with workflow automation tools and client‑facing platforms. • Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and committed to user experience excellence. • Proven stakeholder management and cross‑border team collaboration. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Organizational and team‑leadership capabilities. • Adaptability to fast‑changing environments and new tasks. • Sense of humor and ability to inspire colleagues. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Computer Science, Law, Engineering, or related discipline. • No specific certifications required, though knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and compliance software experience is advantageous.
