Salesforce Solutions Architect
**Role Summary**
Design and govern end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and the platform to meet enterprise scalability, security, and compliance standards. Partner with product owners, developers, and other architects to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, ensuring integration, data governance, and operational excellence.

- Mentor and guide delivery teams, setting best‑practice standards for development and integration.
- Ensure solutions are performant, secure, and future‑ready, supporting innovation and process efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and document comprehensive Salesforce architecture solutions.
- Define and implement integration patterns (APIs, ETL/ELT, event‑driven).
- Enforce data governance, security, IAM, and development standards.
- Translate business objectives into architecture roadmaps and influence prioritization.
- Maintain architecture artifacts for audit readiness.
- Support observability, resiliency, and non‑functional requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and best‑practice mentorship to delivery teams.
**Required Skills**
- 8+ years of enterprise solution design, 5+ focused on Salesforce architecture (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ/CLM).
- Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, declarative configuration, security/sharing models.
- Hands‑on experience with API integration (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP), ETL/ELT (Azure Data Factory, Talend), bulk data tools.
- Strong data modeling, governance, and compliance expertise.
- Proficiency in identity and access management (SSO, IAM).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and cross‑functional collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce platform certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, Platform Developer II) preferred, but not mandatory.
