Job Description
Job Title: Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer Role Summary: Design, implement, and maintain a secure, scalable Microsoft‑centric IT infrastructure, including cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments. Deliver proactive operational support, automation, and continuous improvement to meet business demand. Expectations: - Deliver high‑availability services and rapid incident resolution in a fast‑growing environment. - Demonstrate leadership in technical decision‑making and cross‑functional collaboration. - Maintain rigorous security posture, including vulnerability management, patching, and disaster recovery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Windows Server (2016–2022) and Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates. - Operate and optimize Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and VMware Broadcom environments. - Conduct vulnerability assessments, remediate findings, and maintain mitigation documentation. - Apply patching and maintenance schedules for Windows Server infrastructure. - Administer and enforce cybersecurity policies, including firewall and load‑balancer settings. - Deploy and support Windows servers, SaaS/PaaS solutions, and Microsoft Dynamics AX. - Monitor system performance, availability, and logs with IT monitoring tools. - Deploy and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Intune solutions. - Participate in on‑call rotation for critical alerts; coordinate with vendors and partners. - Implement backup, recovery, and disaster‑recovery strategies. Required Skills: - Strong background in Infrastructure/Systems Administration or DevOps. - Expertise in Windows Server (2016–2022) and Active Directory. - Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and VMware. - Proven vulnerability management and cybersecurity practices. - Knowledge of ITIL processes (Foundation desirable). - Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell). - Excellent communication, teamwork, and stress management. - Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. - ITIL Foundation (required). - Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar Azure certification (preferred). ---
