**Job Title:** Manufacturing Engineer – Early Career Rotational Program **Role Summary:** Two‑year rotational program exposing recent engineering graduates to Industrial/Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Digital Operations. Participants gain hands‑on project experience, mentorship, and professional development to prepare for a permanent engineering role within the company. **Expectations:** - Travel 50‑75% of the time and be willing to relocate within the United States. - Maintain a GPA ≥ 3.0 (or equivalent academic standing). - Complete three nine‑month rotations, each ending with a presentation to senior leadership. - Actively engage in classroom training (project management, finance, lean, etc.) and mentor meetings. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on engineering projects that impact manufacturing operations. - Partner with a dedicated mentor for coaching and career guidance throughout the program. - Deliver end‑of‑rotation presentations summarizing project outcomes, learned skills, and recommendations. - Participate in formal training sessions covering technical and business competencies. - Apply engineering principles to real‑world problems, supporting continuous improvement and digital initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, team‑based environments. - Proficiency with engineering tools and basic data analysis (e.g., Excel, CAD, statistical software). - Adaptability to frequent travel and relocation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. - Minimum GPA of 3.0. - Prior engineering internship or co‑op experience preferred. - No specific certifications required; willingness to pursue relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
