**Job Title:** Front End Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, build, and maintain high‑performance, secure web interfaces for private equity SaaS and data analytics tools. Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product, and investment analysts to translate complex financial data into intuitive dashboards and real‑time analytics.
**Expectations:**
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of core frontend features for internal products.
- Develop deep product knowledge of private equity workflows and investment analysis.
- Create innovative UI/UX standards where no prior templates exist.
- Make early architectural and data‑flow decisions with cross‑functional teams.
- Integrate real‑time and AI‑powered analytics into user experience.
- Demonstrate continuous learning and technical leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect, code, test, and ship scalable, responsive frontend components using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Implement state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.) to support complex, multi‑layered financial data.
- Develop data visualizations with Recharts, D3.js, or Highcharts for portfolio monitoring and valuation tools.
- Apply CSS frameworks (TailwindCSS, CSS‑in‑JS) and component libraries (Radix UI, Shadcn/ui, MUI, Ant Design) to produce polished UIs.
- Ensure security, performance, and accessibility across all interfaces.
- Collaborate with backend engineers on API integration, real‑time data streams, and AI services.
- Guide and mentor junior developers and maintain code quality standards.
- Provide clear, technical communication to non‑technical stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- 3–5+ years professional experience building production‑grade web apps.
- Expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proficient with state‑management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
- Strong command of data‑visualization libraries (Recharts, D3.js, Highcharts).
- Knowledge of CSS frameworks (TailwindCSS, CSS‑in‑JS) and component libraries (Radix UI, Shadcn/ui, MUI, Ant Design).
- Understanding of UI architecture best practices and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience leading or coordinating software projects in cross‑functional teams.
- Continuous learning mindset and openness to new technologies.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
- Relevant certifications in front‑end development or React ecosystem are a plus.
