**Job Title:** Brand Executive **Role Summary:** Drive product sales and brand loyalty within a defined geographic territory. Build and manage relationships with salon owners, managers, and stylists to achieve new business acquisition and growth of existing accounts. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed predetermined revenue targets and new business goals. - Maintain an active sales funnel and systematic meeting schedule. - Deliver high‑quality in‑salon presentations and product education sessions. - Support regional and national events and promotional activities. - Commit to overnight travel of up to 75% of the time. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute account strategies with Regional Brand Managers. - Conduct product demos, sell‑in and sell‑through presentations in salons. - Launch new salons and retail accounts, ensuring proper merchandising and promotion. - Closely manage relationships with salon owners, managers, and stylists. - Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. - Facilitate product education classes and sales training for salon staff. - Manage travels, meetings, and events as required for territory coverage. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication; compelling presentation abilities. - Proven sales acumen with ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business. - Strategic analytic thinking to tailor solutions for individual salons. - Service‑oriented mindset; able to adapt to varied personalities. - Collaborative and competitive attitude, with entrepreneurial initiative. - Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook; quick to learn new programs). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (any field). - Minimum 3–5 years of outside sales and retail experience, ideally within the salon or beauty industry. - Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
