**Job Title**
IT Project Manager – Stibo MDM
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of a Stibo Master Data Management (MDM) platform. Manage cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and project deliverables using both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/SAFe) methodologies. Drive project governance, risk management, and communication to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
**Expectations**
- 6+ years of enterprise initiative PM experience in a PMO environment.
- Proven ability to manage large‑scale, cross‑functional projects.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Comfort working with system integrators, ERP/CRM/PLM downstream applications.
- Availability to work onsite at the client site (four days per week).
- Understanding of MDM concepts; hands‑on Stibo experience preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for the MDM implementation.
- Conduct workshops for discovery, planning, and status reviews.
- Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, and facilitate iterative delivery.
- Create and maintain project artifacts: RACI matrices, action logs, risk registers, status reports.
- Track, report, and escalatate risks, issues, and change requests per governance framework.
- Coordinate resource planning, dependency management, and budget adherence.
- Deliver weekly status reports to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation and final hand‑over to operations.
**Required Skills**
- Project management: Waterfall & Agile (Scrum) proficiency; SAFe knowledge a plus.
- MDM fundamentals, preferably with Stibo.
- Risk, issue, change, and dependency management.
- Stakeholder communication and facilitation.
- Documentation: RACI, action items, status reporting.
- Cross‑functional teamwork across business, technical, and integration teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Project management certifications: PMP®, PgMP®, PfMP®, CAPM®, Prince2, or Six Sigma (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or PLM platforms (preferred).
