**Job title**: Data Intelligence Intern **Role Summary** Summer 2026 full‑time internship focused on developing standardized benchmarks for multimodal AI models in real‑world evidence (RWE) research. Supports applied research on synthetic patient cohorts, model evaluation, and broader data‑science initiatives. **Expectations** - • Work 37.5 hrs/week during the internship term. - • Demonstrate solid quantitative skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive learning attitude. - • Communicate findings clearly in written reports, presentations, and collaborative discussions. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct data analysis and statistical modeling on complex RWD sets for benchmarking projects. - Design, implement, and maintain data‑analysis pipelines, including data wrangling, preprocessing, and automated reporting. - Assist in building and validating AI/ML models (e.g., Random Forest, XGBoost, Neural Nets) for predictive and benchmarking tasks. - Generate clear visualizations and written summaries of analytical results for internal stakeholders. - Collaborate with senior data scientists, statisticians, and project teams to uphold analytical rigor and reproducibility. - Participate in workshops, seminars, and mentorship activities to deepen expertise in healthcare analytics. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and report generation. - Strong knowledge of standard statistical methods (regression, hypothesis testing) and machine‑learning algorithms. - Familiarity with concepts such as nested cross‑validation, explainable AI, and model benchmarking. - Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting technical findings to non‑technical audiences. - Detail‑oriented data organization and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adhere to compliance standards. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment in a graduate‑level program (Master’s or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related field. ---
