Job Description
Job title: Leader Vertical Market Data Center (m/f/d) Role Summary Drive sales growth and key account strategy for Kelvion’s Data Center market. Operate autonomously under the VP Sales & Service, delivering order entry targets, managing CRM data, forecasting, and reporting on performance. Lead a sales team, foster customer focus, and represent Kelvion at client meetings and industry events. Expactations • Direct and indirect responsibility for revenue targets in the vertical • Own the adoption of innovative sales strategies and key account development • Provide accurate forecasting, market insight, and growth proposals to senior leadership Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor sales team in effective approaches (e.g., Miller Heimann) - Drive sales of Kelvion data‑center products and solutions - Develop and execute key account strategies, ensuring long‑term partnerships - Maintain high‑quality CRM data and generate precise forecasts - Launch and monitor TRAS/RFA processes per governance rules - Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, strategic planning, and growth proposals - Prepare market analyses, sales documentation, and customer visit plans - Represent Kelvion at trade shows and industry events - Coordinate customer feedback and complaints with internal teams Required Skills - B2B sales experience in data‑center or related vertical markets - Strong knowledge of sales processes, strategy development, and key account management - Leadership and team‑management abilities - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Proficiency in CRM systems and data‑driven forecasting - High self‑motivation, independence, and proactive mindset - Willingness to travel for client visits and events Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred) - Sales certifications (e.g., Miller Heimann) or equivalent experience (advantageous) - Fluency in English required; knowledge of French is a plus.
