Job title: Business Analyst – Data Strategy (12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract) Role Summary: Lead the design, prioritisation and delivery of data‑enabled capabilities for the Investments business, acting as a bridge between business, data and technology stakeholders to enable improved investment decision‑making. Expectations: * Deliver clear, actionable data strategy artefacts within a 12‑month contract. * Influence cross‑functional teams to align data initiatives with investment process objectives. * Drive incremental, value‑led solutions under Agile frameworks. Key Responsibilities: * Engage stakeholders across Investments, Data and Technology; facilitate workshops, capture and validate business and data requirements. * Conduct structured discovery (interviews, process analysis) to map investment needs to data solutions. * Produce business processes, data flow diagrams, user stories and acceptance criteria. * Assess options for feasibility, value, data readiness and technical constraints; shape pragmatic solutions. * Support Agile delivery: articulate backlog items, refine increments, and collaborate with delivery teams through implementation and testing. * Apply investment domain knowledge to ensure alignment of data initiatives with investment decision cycles. Required Skills: * Proven Business Analysis experience in financial services, asset management or investment‑focused environment. * Deep understanding of investment concepts, processes and decision‑making. * Strong data strategy and analytics platform background; credibility with technical specialists. * Leadership in discovery, stakeholder influence and solution shaping within complex contexts. * Agile or iterative delivery experience (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). * Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to translate complex data concepts to varied audiences. * Knowledge of cloud‐based data platforms (Azure, etc.) and analytics tools (Power BI) is an advantage. * Awareness of data governance, quality and information management practices. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field. * Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑PBA, Agile Certified Practitioner) preferred.

**Job Title** Site Reliability Engineer **Role Summary** Design, build, and operate the reliability, availability, and performance of client‑facing cloud services.
