**Job Title** Software Engineer **Role Summary** Develop and maintain a cloud‑native Java microservice platform that provides secure, distributed access across multiple data centers. Engage in design reviews, performance analyses, and continuous delivery pipelines while ensuring resilience, scalability, and data integrity. **Expectations** - 1–3 years of Java development experience. - Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - Demonstrated interest in cloud‑native architecture, distributed systems, and platform engineering. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, implement, unit‑test, and deploy Java components for a multi‑tenant platform. - Build and maintain microservices, Docker containers, and Kubernetes deployments. - Integrate Kafka for synchronous data replication and event‑driven processing. - Perform performance, security, and scalability analyses; recommend improvements. - Participate in code reviews and design discussions; propose architectural enhancements. - Provide technical guidance to teammates and troubleshoot integration issues. - Create and update technical documentation and operational runbooks. **Required Skills** - Java (Spring Framework preferred). - Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud orchestration. - Kafka or similar message‑bus technology. - CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent). - Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.). - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. - Self‑motivated learner with a collaborative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field. - (Preferred) Certifications in Java, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Developer – Associate, GCP Professional Cloud Developer).
