**Job Title** Quantitative Researcher (Senior) **Role Summary** Lead the design, execution and presentation of quantitative research projects for medium‑to‑large business clients. Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for brand, marketing, communication, innovation and employer branding strategies. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of hands‑on quantitative research experience. - Strong analytical mindset with curiosity across diverse markets and business contexts. - Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English; French a plus. - Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in statistical and data‑visualisation tools; openness to AI advancements. **Key Responsibilities** - Design research questionnaires, sampling plans, and methodologies aligned with client objectives. - Conduct data collection, cleaning, and advanced statistical analysis. - Interpret results, develop insights and formulate strategic recommendations. - Prepare clear, persuasive client presentations and written reports (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI). - Present findings to C‑level executives, founders and senior marketing or brand managers. - Collaborate with cross‑functional research teams (design, strategy, analytics) to integrate insights into client action plans. - Continuously evaluate and improve research processes, tools, and best practices. **Required Skills** - Expertise in statistical software: SPSS, Qlik, R (basic to intermediate). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Power BI and data‑visualisation tools. - Strong data interpretation, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking capabilities. - Effective story‑telling with data and persuasive communication. - Team collaboration and cross‑departmental coordination. - Willingness to learn and apply emerging AI techniques in research. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (psychology, statistics, marketing research, economics, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory. - Professional certifications in research methodology, data analytics, or related fields is a plus.
