Job Description
Job Title: IT Project Manager – ERP Production Management (F/M) Role Summary: Lead and deliver ERP (Infologic Copilote) functional projects within the Production Management domain, acting as the primary specialist for ERP Governance & Production (GPAO). Provide end-to-end project oversight, from requirements gathering to deployment, and support users at level 3. Expectations: - Ensure functional requirements translate into accurate specifications and configuration. - Deliver timely, quality project outputs, maintaining schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations. - Serve as the trusted advisor for ERP governance, coordinating across business and IT teams. Key Responsibilities: - Gather & validate functional needs from production stakeholders. - Draft or approve functional specifications. - Configure ERP modules and supervise vendor/custom developer activities. - Manage test planning, execution, and defect resolution (regression & user acceptance). - Produce and maintain documentation (user guides, process flows, release notes). - Coordinate and facilitate deployments, including cut‑over activities. - Design and deliver training, ensuring competency across project portfolios. - Provide level 3 support, troubleshooting, and problem‑analysis for ERP issues. - Project coordination: planning, milestone tracking, risk & issue management, reporting. - Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across production IT and business units. - Travel to group sites as needed. Required Skills: - Strong project management (planning, monitoring, stakeholder communication). - Functional ERP GPAO expertise. - Analytical thinking with solution‑oriented mindset. - Excellent written & verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP configuration tools. - Autonomous, organized, quality‑focused, and able to manage multiple priorities. - Pedagogical skills for training and user enablement. - Willingness to travel across sites. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher (Bac + 3 or equivalent). - Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment; agrifood industry knowledge preferred. - Professional certifications in project management or ERP (e.g., PMP, Prince2, ERP specialist) are a plus.
