Job title: Strategic Account Executive Role Summary: Drive new business for a political media platform by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales with Democratic campaigns, advocacy groups, and agencies, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Expectations: Deliver a growing pipeline, meet quarterly revenue targets, provide exceptional client experience, and contribute insights on industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify prospects across political campaigns, SuperPACs, and advocacy organizations. - Prepare tailored decks, proposals, and RFP responses with senior staff. - Conduct outreach, schedule and lead discovery meetings, calls, and presentations. - Maintain a healthy pipeline; update CRM and track sales metrics. - Capture and translate client feedback into actionable insights for product and execution teams. - Monitor political and media trends to inform prospecting strategy. - Collaborate with ads, leadership, and client service teams to ensure smooth go‑live execution. Required Skills: - 1–3 years in political campaigns, advocacy, public affairs, digital media, or sales/BD. - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling pitches and client materials. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. - Comfortable initiating outreach, following up, and representing the firm professionally. - Collaborative, client‑focused, problem‑solving mindset. - High motivation to learn and advance within the organization. - Knowledge of political cycles or agency structures a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (preferred); relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or political communications are a plus.
