**Job Title:** Senior Product Manager
**Role Summary:** Lead the strategic vision and execution of key inventory management features for a B2B SaaS product. Own the roadmap, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and deliver high‑impact capabilities that solve complex operational workflows for SMBs across construction, field services, manufacturing, and medical verticals.
**Expectations:**
- Shape 1‑3 year roadmap, prioritizing features that maximize customer value and revenue growth.
- Own end‑to‑end product development for high‑impact initiatives (e.g., bundling/kitting, asset check‑in/checkout, internationalization).
- Act as the product expert on customer workflows, validating concepts through research, beta programs, and data analysis.
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to executive leadership and GTM teams.
- Drive measurable results by setting success metrics, monitoring performance, and iterating post‑launch.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Define and own roadmap for Inventory Management product line.
2. Prioritize features based on market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives.
3. Write PRDs with user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
4. Work with engineering and design to scope, resolve tradeoffs, and maintain velocity.
5. Launch features on aggressive timelines while ensuring quality.
6. Conduct customer research, persona development, and use data to uncover opportunities.
7. Run validation sessions, beta programs, and iterate based on feedback.
8. Partner with GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) on positioning, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategy.
9. Present roadmaps and progress to leadership, keeping stakeholders aligned.
10. Own business outcomes, measuring revenue impact and customer satisfaction.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, 2+ years in B2B SaaS.
