Job Description
**Job Title:** Mid‑Market Account Executive **Role Summary:** Drive the full sales cycle for mid‑market B2B SaaS solutions, engaging HR, Procurement, and Fleet decision‑makers to demonstrate value and close deals. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and internal teams to shape outreach, product roadmap, and sales processes. **Expectations:** - Secure new accounts and achieve quarterly revenue targets. - Maintain a robust pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting. - Actively test and optimize sales automation and AI tools. - Provide constructive feedback to Product and Marketing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own end‑to‑end sales process: discovery, qualification, solution demo, proposal, negotiation, and close. - Conduct consultative conversations with key stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Fleet). - Tailor product demonstrations addressing specific pain points. - Partner with Marketing on lead generation, outreach campaigns, and messaging. - Gather and relay customer insights to Product for roadmap refinement. - Continuously improve and document sales methodology. **Required Skills:** - 1–3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in mid‑market or enterprise. - Proven track record of closing early‑stage, fast‑evolving technology products. - Fluent in Dutch and English. - Strong consultative selling skills and ability to simplify complex solutions. - Autonomous, data‑driven, and self‑motivated. - Comfortable experimenting with AI, sales automation, and workflow optimization. - Bonus: experience selling to HR, Finance, Mobility, or Compensation & Benefits sectors. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. - Any relevant SaaS or sales certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred but not mandatory.
