Job title: Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve the next‑generation marketplace and identity verification services, ensuring performance, scalability, and observability in AWS.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, leading implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Partner with product, delivery, and engineering teams to prioritize high‑impact features and drive value.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering best practices in coding, reviews, and testing.
- Communicate technical decisions, risks, and solutions to cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Champion user‑centric, market‑fit solutions aligned with profitability and business goals.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Strong command of C# and .NET Core/Framework for building distributed, event‑driven systems.
- Experience designing and implementing cloud‑native architecture (microservices, API gateways, message queues).
- Test‑driven development, automated CI/CD pipelines, and code review practices.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and capacity to adapt to evolving priorities.
- Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail, and clear communication.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; formal equivalent experience accepted.
