**Job title:** CRM Project Manager (CRM Project Manager H/F) **Role Summary:** Lead the design, execution, and optimization of the global CRM strategy for an international luxury fashion and beauty brand. Oversee omnichannel campaigns, data quality, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive traffic, conversion, and loyalty. **Expectations:** Deliver measurable improvements in acquisition, reactivation, and retention metrics. Maintain high standards of data integrity, segmentation accuracy, and campaign performance across email, SMS, push notifications, and automation. Provide strategic insights and dashboards for internal stakeholders and secure stakeholder buy‑in on CRM initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute a long‑term CRM strategy aligned with business growth and customer experience goals. - Develop a 360° customer view; refine segmentation, personalization, and data quality. - Plan and launch omnichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push, automation) ensuring consistency with brand and retail assets. - Configure and optimize customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio). - Monitor KPI performance (open/click rates, deliverability, conversion, repeat purchase, database size) and conduct deep analyses (RFM, purchase behavior) for segment refinement. - Create dashboards and actionable recommendations for marketing, e‑commerce, retail, and leadership teams. - Maintain data hygiene and enrich customer information, collaborating with ERP, website, and technical teams on integration and API projects. - Prioritize backlog items, manage project timelines, and coordinate with IT, data analytics, and global CRM partners to align on system enhancements and integrations. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in CRM program management, preferably within fashion, luxury, or retail. - Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio). - Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, deliverability, and personalization best practices. - Analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. - Project management skills: backlog prioritization, cross‑functional coordination, deadline adherence. - Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). - Detail‑oriented, strategic thinker, and results‑driven. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification highly desirable.
