Job Title: Full-Stack Software Developer
Job Description: Job Title: Senior Full‑Stack Software Developer Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end development of core product features for a high‑growth health‑tech startup. Own architecture, design, and delivery across frontend and backend, driving product from concept through launch and iteration. Collaborate closely with founders, investors, and customers to shape technical direction and company culture. Expectations: - Minimum 4 years of full‑stack development experience. - Proven track record of delivering production‑ready products. - Self‑directed, comfortable in ambiguous environments, able to prioritize ruthlessly. - Strong product mindset; engages with “why” behind features. - Willingness to influence technical decisions and culture. Key Responsibilities: - Design feature specifications and technical architecture. - Build and maintain scalable backend APIs (Node.js/Express, Firebase). - Develop intuitive, responsive front‑end interfaces (React/React Native, TypeScript). - Own product lifecycle: from initial concept through deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement. - Make foundational technical decisions affecting product direction. - Collaborate with co‑founders, investors, and customers to validate solutions. - Mentor and set standards for junior developers as needed. - Participate in investor meetings and customer demos to present product progress. Required Skills: - Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs with Node.js or similar. - Proficiency with React (web) and React Native (mobile). - Comfortable with Firebase or comparable BaaS platforms. - Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code (unit, integration). - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills. - Self‑motivation, ownership, and resilience in a fast‑paced startup context. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - No mandatory certifications, though knowledge of cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern DevOps practices is advantageous.
