Job Description
Job Title: Full‑Stack Software Engineer – Remote Role Summary: Senior engineer responsible for designing, building, and deploying privacy‑preserving digital identity solutions for state governments and public‑sector partners. Works across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure, translating customer requirements into secure, standards‑based architectures and production‑grade systems. Expectations: • 5+ years of backend development in statically typed languages (Rust, Go, C#, Java). • Strong React/TypeScript front‑end experience with accessibility and security focus. • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver production‑ready systems. • Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders; US residency required. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy full‑stack identity solutions for public‑sector clients. • Collaborate with delivery leads, engineers, and UX designers to deliver successful deployments. • Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and production‑ready systems. • Serve as technical advisor on open identity standards, privacy best practices, and security. • Build backend services and web/mobile applications that meet public‑sector security, privacy, and accessibility standards. • Contribute to Rust codebases across backend, mobile, and browser environments. • Manage customer deployments, provide post‑launch support, and ensure continuous improvement.
