Expactations: 12‑month success metrics include 100% renewal of owned accounts, meeting/exceeding net dollar retention targets, quantifiable ROI and adoption benchmarks, on‑time production deployments with clear success criteria, and customer advocacy (references, case studies). Internal perception as orchestrator of value and delivery predictability. Key Responsibilities: - Drive strategic account planning, executive business reviews, stakeholder management, and expansion pipeline for assigned customers (60% of time). - Manage end‑to‑end implementation: scoping, resource planning, design, testing, and deployment, coordinating cross‑functional teams and risk controls (30% of time). - Translate business needs into design requirements, develop business cases, and support renewal/retention efforts. - Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, playbooks, and enablement content; serve as escalation owner for delivery/product adoption blockers; support partner delivery interactions. Required Skills: - 6+ years enterprise SaaS delivery, consulting, or transformation experience with proven success on executive‑visible programs. - Executive presentation skills and ability to navigate enterprise politics. - Technical aptitude for complex platforms; rapid learning of AI/automation technologies. - Prior commercial negotiation experience (renewals, expansions, SoW development). - Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. - Capacity to work independently in ambiguous environments and deliver under tight deadlines. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with clear communication and risk controls.
